4、 Application of high purity hydrogen
High purity hydrogen is mainly used in gas fuel, petroleum refining, grease manufacturing, synthesis of methanol, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, welding, metal cutting
Meteorological observation, glass melting, metallurgical industry, coolant (liquid hydrogen), balance gas for semiconductor manufacturing, etching gas, standard gas, zero gas, calibration
Positive gas, thermal oxidation, epitaxy, diffusion, polysilicon, tungsten, ion implantation, current carrying, sintering, etc.
5、 Precautions
Hydrogen shall be stored in high-pressure steel cylinders or long tube trailers, and liquid hydrogen shall be stored and transported in insulated containers or tankers. When handling containers, it is necessary to prevent containers from being damaged.
The container shall be stored in a well ventilated, cool, dry and fire-resistant special building or outdoors. The storage place shall be far away from oxygen and chlorine storage containers
Drugs, poisons, radioactive materials, organic peroxides and other combustible materials. Avoid direct sunlight and keep the temperature below 40 ℃. airtight
The high and low points of the storage container room of shall be kept with sufficient ventilation to prevent hydrogen from staying. No fireworks in the storage area. Inspection of cylinders on the bottle neck
