On the large screen of the command center of the platform, there are many pictures, which can give a bird's eye view of the entire park, and can also zoom in to see the park roads, pipe corridors and important hazard sources. Because the platform is connected with the self built videos of enterprises, the internal working status of each chemical enterprise can be seen. When an accident occurs and the existing communication lines are busy or out of order, the wireless digital communication system can accommodate more than 100 people to talk at the same time, without delaying the emergency time. The public address system will make an emergency broadcast in the park to organize evacuation. The environmental monitoring station displays the current wind direction, wind speed, temperature and other meteorological conditions, providing reference for emergency rescue.

The advanced platform * * * belongs to the gas diffusion model. The platform has set up gas monitoring points at the downwind direction of enterprises and residential areas in the park to monitor the concentration of more than 10 kinds of gases peculiar to chemical enterprises in 6 categories 24 hours a day. Once the concentration exceeds the standard, the system will not only give an alarm immediately, but also immediately analyze the amount of gas leakage, and delimit the impact area according to the meteorological conditions at that time, so as to evacuate people.
