含有杂质的六氟化硫气体会有哪些危害

In the electric power industry, SF6 is an important medium, which is used as arc extinguishing and insulating gas for enclosed high-voltage switches. The * * * performance of sulfur hexafluoride gas realizes the economical and low maintenance operation of the unit. At present, as an insulating and arc extinguishing medium, no other technology can surpass SF6 gas from the technical, economic and ecological perspectives.

Sulfur hexafluoride gas has been widely used in electrical equipment. From the application point of view, SF6 circuit breakers and GIS are important fields and have basically replaced oil circuit breakers with voltage levels of 126kV and above. Obviously, it is an inevitable trend that SF6 gas replaces insulating oil as arc extinguishing and insulating medium.

With the extensive application of domestic SF6 electrical equipment, the amount of sulfur hexafluoride gas is increasing. Because SF6 gas is expensive, and when SF6 gas contains water, it will cause the following hazards to electrical equipment:

(1) In the presence of water, the decomposition products of SF6 undergo hydrolysis reaction, which hinders the recombination of decomposition products of SF6, reduces the dielectric recovery strength of SF6, and thus reduces the insulation characteristics of equipment;

(2) It intensifies the hydrolysis of low fluoride and the decomposition of metal fluoride. The generated fluorinated sulfite and hydrofluoric acid are highly toxic, which is very harmful to human health, and can also corrode electrodes and insulating materials;

(3) Sulfur hexafluoride gas is dewed in the equipment. As the moisture in the gas exists in the form of water vapor, when the temperature drops, it may condense inside the equipment and attach to the surface of the equipment, such as electrode, insulator surface, etc., which is prone to surface discharge (flashover) and cause accidents.

Sulfur hexafluoride manufacturers remind that once the fluorinated sulfite and hydrofluoric acid in high-purity sulfur hexafluoride are put into the atmosphere, they will pollute the environment.
