The National Gas Standardization Technical Committee held a national gas standardization joint meeting in Xi'an, and reviewed five national standards, including Pure Methane and High Purity Methane, Gases for Electronic Industry Propylene, Gases for Electronic Industry Silane, Electrochemical Method for the Determination of Trace Oxygen in Gases, and Gases for Electronic Industry Trifluoromethane. Experts believe that the scientificity, rationality and operability of the revised standards have been greatly improved, reaching the international advanced standard level.

Wang Xiaodong, vice president of Southwest Research and Design Institute of Chemical Industry, pointed out that the formulation and improvement of various standards in the gas industry is of great practical significance for creating a fair competition environment and building unified market rules.
