What is sulfur hexafluoride gas recovery
Published on:2017-02-20 Click:181What is sulfur hexafluoride gas recovery?SF6 gas recovery refers to the sulfur hexafluoride gas in the maintenance equipment, through special equipment input into the cylinder or gas storage tank for recovery.
Because SF6 gas is easy to liquefy,so at present sulfur hexafluoride gas is recycled in liquid state. There are two main principles of recovery device. One is the principle of freezing liquefaction.Under a certain gas pressure, the temperature of SF6 gas is reduced to the temperature of saturated steam by refrigeration equipment, and stored in the form of liquid.
The other two is the use of high-pressure liquefaction principle:that is,in the process of recovery, the use of a compressor to increase the SF6 gas pressure to the saturation steam pressure at the temperature, sulfur hexafluoride gas converted into liquid, and stored in liquid form.
The high pressure method of sulfur hexafluoride factory is simple to realize, but the system has high working pressure and low recovery efficiency. When the temperature of SF6 gas exceeds the critical temperature of 45.55℃,it cannot liquefy. For more information, call 139-4929-0069.
