Impurities such as air, carbon tetrafluoride and mineral oil will reduce the insulation and arc extinguishing performance. Under the influence of external factors such as high current, high voltage and high temperature, electrical equipment will produce toxic or highly toxic oxygen containing low fluoride in the presence of oxygen and water. These impurities will do great harm to people and corrode metal parts and insulation materials of equipment.
