　　According to DL/T662-1999"Sulfur hexafluoride inflation and Recovery Device"standard,sulfur hexafluoride recovery and purification device consists of recovery system,inflation system,vacuum system,purification system,gas storage system,with the following main functions:

　　1.Measure the vacuum extraction and vacuum degree of the machine and electrical equipment of the sulfur hexafluoride recovery and purification device;

　　2.Gas recovery in electrical equipment;

　　3.Sulfur hexafluoride recovery and purification dry and purify the recovered and recharged SF6 gas;

　　4.Inflate SF6 electric appliance;

　　5.Compressed liquid storage of SF6 gas in electrical appliances.
