　　5.Sulfur hexafluoride gas and decomposition materials in electrical equipment react with insulation materials to generate some toxic products.Such as with silicon composition of epoxy phenolic glass filament cloth board(rod,tube)and other insulating parts;Or with quartz sand,glass as the filler of epoxy resin castings,molded parts,porcelain bottles,silicone rubber,silicone grease and so on chemical action,to produce SiF4,Si(CH3)2F2 and other products.
