  When leaving the factory,any gas will be sampled and tested according to the standards set by the state to ensure that the purity of the product is qualified and the impurities do not exceed the standard before it can flow into the market for customers to use.Sulfur hexafluoride gas water exceeding an important reason is that SF6 products in the factory purity is not up to standard.SF6 gas in the factory,will also carry out sulfur hexafluoride purity test,want to avoid and reduce sulfur hexafluoride gas water exceeding the standard,can refer to the following points:

  1.In order to ensure the quality and purity of sulfur hexafluoride gas,micro water test is carried out before the circuit breaker is introduced,and it must conform to the quality standard of SF6 gas new gas in China.

  2.The F6 gas cylinder should be stored in a place with good sun protection,moisture proof and good ventilation.It should not be near the place with heat source and oil pollution.

  3.After purchasing sulfur hexafluoride gas,the manufacturer's quality certificate shall be checked,which shall include the manufacturer's name,product name,cylinder number,production date,net weight,and inspection report.Purchase from a guaranteed sulfur hexafluoride gas producer.

  4.The insulation parts should be dried before delivery.The unassembled insulation parts should be stored in a dry environment under nitrogen.

  5.Purchase qualified seals to ensure good sealing effect of sulfur hexafluoride gas and reduce air leakage and moisture penetration.

  6.Regular detection of high purity sulfur hexafluoride moisture content,reduce the risk of excessive sulfur hexafluoride moisture.
