　　In operation,attention should be paid to the closed operation of high purity sulfur hexafluoride,to carry out local exhaust.Operators must be specially trained and strictly follow the operating procedures.It is recommended that operators wear filter gas masks(half masks).Keep away from inflammable and combustible materials.Prevent leakage of gases into the workplace air.Avoid contact with oxidants.Unload lightly during handling to prevent damage of cylinders and accessories.Equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.The gas is stored in a cool,ventilated warehouse.Keep away from fire and heat source.The temperature should not exceed 30℃.It should be stored separately from inflammable substances and oxidants,and should not be mixed.The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.
