　　Sulfur hexafluoride detection gas recovery purification system,mainly composed of polymer filter membrane,differential pressure sensor,buffer tank,electric valve,compressor,purifier,recovery bottle,automatic control system.The gas of the electrical equipment enters the buffer tank after being detected by the testing instrument through the polymer microporous PTFE filter membrane.The pressure change of the buffer tank is transferred through the differential pressure sensor to automatically control the start of the electric valve and compressor,and the detected gas enters the recovery bottle after being purified by the purifier.

　　Sulfur hexafluoride detection gas mainly contains water,sulfur hexafluoride decomposition products,etc.,in view of the sulfur hexafluoride decomposition products are highly corrosive,so the purifier material selection of acid and alkali corrosion resistant material-PTFE material.In the purifier,silica gel with strong adsorption capacity,activated alumina and molecular sieve with adsorption decomposition products are selected as adsorbents.In view of the activated alumina and molecular sieve adsorption water adsorption ability of harmful gases decreased;Therefore,silica gel,activated alumina in the upper gas pathway,and the molecular sieve in the downstream of the gas pathway,water,decomposition products can be completely removed.

　　When the sulfur hexafluoride gas detection into the buffer tank,placed in the buffer tank before the buffer tank pressure signals of differential pressure sensor to the automatic control system,automatic control system based on the differential pressure signal automatic control electric valve and the starting of compressor,after purifier purify into the buffer tank gas recycling bottle,so as to realize the purification of the sulfur hexafluoride gas detection.
