What is the moisture content standard for sulfur hexafluoride gas?
1,sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker factory or in the overall assembly before overhaul,should be respectively measured in the breaking unit and pillar unit of sulfur hexafluoride gas moisture value,requirements≤150.
2.During handover,the moisture value of sulfur hexafluoride gas circuit breaker shall be measured by the air charging interface at the lower part of the pillar≤150.
3.During operation,the water value of the circuit breaker shall be less than 200 when measured by the inflatable interface at the lower part of the pillar.The test cycle shall be in accordance with the"Pre-test Procedures".
4,in operation,when necessary(breaking unit leakage,disintegration of the breaking unit)dawn sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker should be separated from the self-sealing joint in the box to measure the water content of the opening chamber≤300.
