The water content and air content of SF6 gas in the gas chamber of the equipment should be tested.Using water meter to test water content is a very important work, because the trace water in SF6 under the action of arc can be combined with SF6 gas decomposition products of a variety of highly toxic by-products,and hinder dawn sulfur hexafluoride decomposition gas composite, reduce the insulation level of SF6 equipment.
When the water content of dawn sulfur hexafluoride is detected to exceed the specified value,it should be treated in time, that is,SF6 gas processing vehicle should be used to dry and filter SF6 gas.The chamber with high water content was evacuated and replaced with dry N2.If the water content of the adsorbent is too much, the adsorbent should be replaced.
Generally speaking, sulfur hexafluoride gas equipment should test the water content in SF6 gas once every 3 months after operation. If there is no abnormality after 1 year,it can be measured once every 1 year.If the water content of SF6 gas is found to change significantly, the operation should be stopped and rechecked. For more information, call 139-4929-0069.
